Refund policy

In-Store Purchase Returns

You may return or exchange an item to any of our stores within 30 days of purchase.  You will need the receipt from your purchase or a gift receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment or in the case of a gift receipt to a Snapdoodle gift card.

Some of our sale items are final sale and won’t be returnable or exchangeable. These items will be marked, and you’re welcome to confirm with us as you make the purchase.

Web Order Returns

To return an item purchased through our website, you can either return those items to one of our stores or ship your order back to our central office.

To return a web order at a store, you'll need the invoice receipt or packing slip from the order. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and all items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Your refund can either be issued as a store credit gift card or a refund to the card you made the purchase with.

We do not pay for shipping on returns. The return package must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund to the card you made the purchase with once we receive the items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item you purchased is damaged or defective when you open the package, we want to fix the problem. Just return the item to one of our stores with the receipt, we’ll be happy to exchange the item or refund the purchase back to the original form of payment.

Orders not Picked Up

We know life can get hectic and you may not be able to pick up your in-store pickup orders right away. We will hold your orders up to 30 days in the store. We will also contact you via email and phone to arrange a convenient time for you to pick up your order. If for some reason, we cannot get ahold of you or it's been over 30 days since we first notified you that your order was ready for pickup, we will refund your order back to the original form of payment less a 25% restocking fee.
